Shamim Kuteesa Namale joined the Program as Manager Finance &Administration in 2022. She is a seasoned chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience in nonprofit accounting, finance  and strategic leadership. Prior to joining the Program, Shamim was a Senior Finance Officer at USAID-University Research Co.LLC-RHITES-EC one of the leading organisations in Uganda. Until 2021 she held the position of Senior Finance Officer, at Malaria Consortium. Shamim is an active Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). Shamim graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce major in accounting and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree specialism in Finance from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School.
