Prior to joining the Program, Isaac was a software developer at Flock of birds Limited, Kumusoft Technologies, Applied principles Limited and Uganda Revenue Authority [URA], the only mandated revenue collecting & accounting body in Uganda. Until 2022, He held the position of a software developer in the various organizations.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Makerere University, Master of Technology in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University, India.
